All orders will be shipped certified check, cash or
money order until satisfactory bank account information
is obtained. Upon approval, COD Company check is
acceptable.
In order to receive 15 Day Terms, a full credit application
and bank release form must be filled out and approved

We are now accepting VISA and MasterCard.
A $20.00 charge will be added for all returned checks.
Returned, NSF, or checks written on closed accounts
will place customer on certified COD status indefinitely.
Returned, NSF, or checks written on closed accounts
that can not be resolved will be turned over to our legal
department for action.
No cash refunds will be given under any circumstances.
ORDERING POLICY:
Orders placed before 3:00 EST will be shipped the
same day.
Colored toners or developers for certain lines may
require additional time to fill. The customer will
be notified.
If you require an item we do not currently list on
our site, just email us and we will try to obtain it.
RETURN POLICY:
Returns will not be accepted:
1) Unless a Return Authorization Number (RMA)
is provided by us.
2) Unless RMA numbers appear on all cartons.
3) Unless it is delivered in original packaging.
4) Unless it is accompanied by a list of returned
goods and invoice numbers.
5) On special ordered items.
6) On items returned after 30 days of purchase.
7) On items not purchased from us.
8) Unless return form is filled out in its entirety. Click here

DAMAGES:
In the event a shipment arrives damaged, the customer
is obligated to:
1) Contact carrier office to report damages which took
place through shipment of product. The
carrier will
then advise customer of appropriate steps.
2) Comply with all carrier rules regarding damages.
3) Keep record of any contact you make with the
carrier, the date contacted and the person with whom
you spoke.
4) Failure to contact carrier or improper handling of
any claim may break claim with us and eliminate
our responsibility for refund and/or ensuing credit
to the customer.

WEBSITE ARE IMPUTED INTO THE SITE TO THE BEST OF OUR ABILITY. NO
RESPONSIBILITY IS ASSUMED FOR ERRORS. ERRORS WILL BE RECTIFIED BY
REINSERTION OF THE CORRECT INFORMATION OR PRICING. ANY CUSTOMER

OR PRICING WILL BE NOTIFIED OF THE ERROR AND GIVEN THE OPPORTUNITY TO
